I've had mediacom off and on for the better part of 21 years. It has been a total nightmare.

Whenever i would call about a problem they would always say it was on my end, never theirs. Really, then why are my neighbors having the same problem? They would always send out a technician to fix the problem. I can't begin to tell you how many times they've replaced the cable from the pole to my house or replaced cables in my house but the problem is never fixed.

If the video Service isn't dropping out then it's pixelating if it's not pixelating then the internet drops out.

Long story short I can no longer ask my neighbors if they have problems because they have all switched over to satellite. I'm at the point now where I'm about ready to tell Mediacom that I will refuse to pay my bill until they get the problems fixed.
