Call due to tv service down. Given a time would be here told agent had to be out of house no more than 5 minutes away.

she took phone number other than house and said they would call them. So when had to step out they called the home number left message appt. put on hold. I called spoke with supervisor who say she would take care of it and they would be out.

No one showed up called again told who she did was not correct, so she lied to get me off the phone. For what they charge should be a crime in its self. Always something wrong they come out fix something then screw up something else.

Will tell people stay far away from Medicom. Will also send a letter to be published in local news paper.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Being lied to by the supervisor just to get me off the phone, Unable to resolve problem.
