Mediacom has got to be one of the worst out there! I've had ongoing issues with my cable not working and after 2 months when both of my televisions were finally displayed a picture the internet and home phone go out!
I have had to call customer service every other day for 2 months!! To no avail! I've had technical support come out several times and they have finally resolved the cable issue. This is exhausting.
I spend more time on the phone with technical support than I do actually enjoying the services.
It's ridiculous. I'm very limited on options in such a rural area but this makes having no tv or internet at all seem like a better idea than dealing with the constant hassle.
