When I signed the contract I understood that it would be 19.95 for first year then 34.95 from then on. At the end of second year it jumped to 64.95.
So I called customer service to talk with them and the person told me that they were basically losing money the first two years and that I would have done them a favor to have already cancelled my service.
He did eventually lower my bill to 49.95 but he was rude and cocky thy rough the entire conversation. I talked to other people in my area to see what their prices were and all seem to say that $65 is ridiculous.
