Mediacom - Crappycustmerservice
Mediacom cut the bushes on my cable pole and the messed up my service so i called them and they would send a technican four days later when he came to fix it it was late and then he need to cut moErw bushes to fix it and would come back the next day but never came so i called them and they said they were not coming so i will be changing service providers

once my area gets competition anywhere close to Mediacom "provided speed" I will cancel my Mediacom. *** speeds. Always cuts in and out. 2 *** people in the condo. No over use of internet. You don't provide the service and speeds I pay for. Your company is a running joke around where I live. *** off mediacom.
