Mediacom - Worst internet provider I’ve ever experienced
Mediacom has got to be unequivocally the worst internet provider I’ve ever been unfortunate enough to affiliate myself with. The internet is down incessantly— which wouldn’t be a problem if I had nothing but smart TVs with subscriptions to online tv/movie providers. This is yet another night I am forced to lay in bed without tv. *** you, Mediacom.
Mediacom - Very rude customer service!
My bill went up by 30% in one year not happy . In addition my cable goes out twice a day. And there’s nothing I can do about it. Mediacom will not give me a credit. Mediacom sucks! I also contacted customer service and they were extremely rude to me! I asked for a supervisor and they refused!
I have had Mediacom for a year and a half and since September 2017 I have had a problem with pixeling and freeze frame on the TV's and the internet going out 10 or more times a day. We only have about 4 houses with Mediacom on our street so they are reluctant to say...Read more

Mediacom - Customer service sucks
The technician did not know what to do when I called to tell her about not having my wireless service not connected to internet. They need to get their heads out of their butts and train them better.
