Mediacom - Bill doubled twice in 4 months

My bill doubled. I called to find out why and an extremely rude person told me to stop whining because other people pay more! Two months later it doubled again!

Mediacom - Horrible service

A snow plow cut our line of Internet. Media com comes out without telling us and then moves it to a broken box because we were not home to test out the internet to make sure it worked. Horrible customer service and they can’t send out a single person until Tuesday February 13. Ridiculous don’t get media com if you want customer service because they do not have any. Terrible service.

Mediacom - Awful

Mediacoms internet drops in and out whenever it pleases and cannot keep stable internet for more than 5 minutes at a time. Mediacom is shit.
