Not even a full hour after the initial connection was made the internet failed!!! No worries, called them (Mediacom) immediately!!!
They told me the next available technician would be available 6 days later to see what the problem was.. 6 days!! So 6 days later a new technician comes by and within an hour same exact thing happens!!! Now comes the "fun" part!!!
They scheduled a technician for the following Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each time I was sent a cancellation text, saying my appointment had been cancelled, exactly 90 minutes after each appointment was scheduled to start!! Now they want me to wait and additional 2 days before they can have a technician available!!!!
So I've decided and they have agreed to allow DirectTV to return their equipment for me at their office and send me the recording of it happening!! Video will follow shortly!!!
