The customer service and service in general really sucks! The sales people lie about what they're signing you up for and then when you have issues, don't respond back.

When you call all you get are "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" yak-yak! First time I've had service with this company and I thought a few of the other ones were bad.... they're great compared to Mediacom! They don't provide the speed you are paying for and their TV reception is no better than having an antenna connected to your TV.

Soo frustrated.

The only other choice here is Dish... I will be trying that next and I'm sure it will be better because anything would be better than Mediacom!

Reason of review: pricing, sales, service, quality.

I didn't like: Very poor sales, Very poor qualiy, Very poor customer servic.

He is so right. Billed for things I didn't order.

Call, tell them. They say will take it off and give you credit. Next bill, same thing. Still charged me.

Call them again. Same song and dance. Take it off, give you credit. 8 months of this.

Nothing changed.

How they can wait on my final bill. I will pay it off in small monthly payments.
