Signed a two year contract for a home with 4 people. $80.00 a year.
2nd year, kept service but transferred to a 2 person home in same area.....now charges are $100.00! Mediacom agent says " you signed a 2 year contract....we have it on recording...there's nothing we can do to lower your charges".....RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SO I'm paying MORE for LESS SERVICE! DIRECT TV doesn't service the area, otherwise, I would DUMP MEDIACOM RIGHT NOW !
On top of that, I can't get an appointment to turn on service at new location for 10 MORE DAYS !
Just to 'flip a switch' ! THEY SUCK !
