A technician was scheduled to come to my apartment to fix our modem and slow internet. They were scheduled between 1-5PM.

They never showed. Had to reschedule for the following day from 8-12; again they never showed. Company kept re-scheduling and not informing me; this went on for three days. I called numerous times and no one could help give me a time when someone would actually show up or give me a way to get in touch with the technician directly.

Internet still goes in and out and is incredibly slow.

I would never recomend this company or use them ever again. Cable also seems to be unreliable.
