Last mo. cable went out.

Phoned, was told it would be ONE WEEK before service. It was. Today Feb. 15 cable went out.

Phoned, was told first service call would be Wed. Feb.23.Asked for rep and was told it would not help since all svc calls are computer generated. Stated boldly my displeasure; however there was NO alternative by accept what they offered. Very unhappy!

Filed complaint with FCC at You may want to as well. May or may not help.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Thanks for the helpful information, I will be filing with FCC as well as BBB, and others. Hopefully we will be able to get a Class Action Suit filed against this wretched company.
