I have experienced the same problems for over a month and a half. Had serviceman state a splitter was the problem and thought he fixed it.

Nope! then another repairman come out two week later and stated he couldn't fix it because it was an area problem and needed a maintenance ticket. Two days later a bucket truck was in the area and supposedly fixed the problem. Nope.

I was back on the phone it is going to take another two weeks for someone to be out. They only have two repairmen on call. That tells me there is not only a problem with the service but with working for the company or at least keeping employees.

The only benefit is we recorded some things on DVR but really after a month how many times can you watch the same program? We can't even see when there are school closings or weather alerts!!!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Mediacom Technical Support.

Reason of review: No service.

I liked: Drv and on demand when working.

I didn't like: Staying on hold to talk to customer service, Customer service who had no idea what was going on.
