I have been with Mediacom for 7 years. Service is up and down.

Customer service is a complete joke. Worse than buying a car when it comes to hidden fees on a contract. Contract runs out and instantly jack the price. Spend an hour on the phone talking with different reps and passed around until you get a deal you can handle.

As soon as the contract is up. Bam. same thing all over again. Now they are trying to force the land line phone.

Just got told no packages without it. I mean you don’t have to plug it in. but why pay for something you will never use.

We have had their phones before and it’s constantly scammers calling. This company is the worst!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
