Hired tech installed equipment had no idea, what he was doing. In the last few days continue to have another tech came out to try and straightened out what other tech screwed up and continue to have issues.

Didn't send all equipment the equipment is used and does not work. Landline number comes up under another name but me my caller ID doesn't work my Tivo recorder doesn't work on second TV...Equipment used fix it or it's coming out
