Have had nothing but terrible service for years. Calling in for service interruptions on average once a month!

Technicians have had to come out over 30 times in 2016! but since there is no other competition in the area beside satellite, I'm stuck with them. Technicians tell me service lines in the area are bad and Mediacom is too cheap to replace them, service lines are only having bandaids put on them so the problem is only temporarily fixed, technicians are under qualified, Tevo box DVRs are not compatible with the new 4K TVs, modems are old and outdated and incompatible with current technology.

They want $168 per month for this. That is unless your a new customer and once that grace period is up they increase the amount by over 50%.
