Went to local office in Cedar Rapids Iowa to have service moved to new apartment was told they could not do it we had to call 800 # even though we signed up for service there and pay a bill there so spent about 17 minutes on phone had to repeat myself three times to three different people and was told it would be 2 weeks till they switched it but yet being on disability I can afford to pay for a month plus of not using it. Wanted a second tv hooked up also as I told them on the phone that did not happen we only got 1.

And they had to use a Dish Network cable to hook up the tv. Was NOT told about any notices or anything but yet they tell you after the fact the tech guys could be friendlier unfortantly we can only have Mediacom here so we are stuck.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
