1) They completely cancelled my account without telling me (conveniently they were still charging me)
2) Have to wait 5 Days for a bill to come so I can activate my account
3) Internet hasn't worked for 5 days
4) Need a technician to come fix motem, but that'll take 3 days.
5) I am a student with exams this week, this has been a terrible experience and I would love to switch internet providers, however they're the only provider in my area.
I hate mediacom, their customer service is terrible and hard to understand. They won't give me discounts for my troubles either.
