They sent out a contractor. Broadband Installations.

If they ever show up lock your doors. Do not let them in. They are terrible. The installer had a mouth that wouldn't quit.

Ron. Nobody knew anything but him. Part of the system worked for a day. I spent hours on the phone getting the runaround.

No phone, no internet or cable. They couldn't come out for 10 days. Returned all their equipment today. Management is totally out of touch.

So big they don't care. Don't ever plan on using them again. Some of the people I talked to wanted to help but there hands were tied. They had no authority.

Others just didn't care. Not their problem.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
