Had problems with lines, and then HD recorder and on demand services. Fought for two weeks for a service I was paying for but not receiving.

Said need to change my system and upgrade to TIVO. Items arrived and installed by technicians last Thursday 10/27/16 still no ON Demand and TIVO drops connection almost hourly and needs to be turned off and back on real nice when trying to watch a football game. Call their support line shown on TV ph# 855-633-4226 go thru automated systemon Sat night 9:23 on speaker phone for thirty minutes dead never answered. internetted chat line with a Sheryl she said number obsolete mediacom hasn't addressed chainging it on screens but the new Ph # was 844-274-6753 she was rude and diconnected with no resolving of issues.

called new number left phone on speaker phone 30 more minutes never connected with anyone after the automated BS system. Call today Monday 10/31/16 sorry for our service issues but we can have a technician out 11/7/16 to attempt repairs that we guaranteed you would be fixed before he left our house 10/27/16.
