We have a lot of traffic on our street and it is interfering with our internet. We need help with this.

It causes it to run slowly and not respond quickly.

My bill keeps rising and I am tired of paying for service with issues. Reps are rude and treat me like crap. I have been called stupid. We need an internet we can access without hassle

Please help us get better internet service without so much hassle and interference.

Help us get treated better as customers, because we deserve it We are not garbage and deserve respect and courtesy.

My bill has gone up $100/mo. I will seek another provider if the crap doesn't stop and unless something is done and customers are treated better.

I didn't like: Refuse to provide supervisors name and contact information, Rude customer service person, Demanding letters and no service, Unable to resolve problem.
