I have tried to register with mediacom Customer service on line. To ask a question.

I do everything but never receive an activation E mail. I cintacted cutomer service and the person was so confused I just gave up. Mediacom seems to make it so difficult to ask them a simple question. They love to bill us high prices but dont want to give cutomer service.

Unfortunatly the area I live in i have no choice but to subscibe to medicaom, other wise I would be gone Enetr at least 100 words words words words words words words words words . This is what I mean about mediacom being difficult ., it keeps saying I must add 100 words so I am just typing away hoping somehow this message with get through to them
