I've had Mediacom "service" for 6 weeks. In that time, the cable has been out five different times.
Internet has worked occasionally. Each time I call and try to speak with a supervisor. It's impossible. Two days ago a technician came to repair the tv's.
Within 24 hours the tv and the internet aren't working. I called and asked to speak with a supervisior. I was told I had to go through troubleshooting first. I did everything they asked including disconnecting modems and TiVo boxes.
The call took over an hour. Still they refused to connect me to a supervisor. This company is a joke. They should not be allowed to operate.
I'm going to call and write everyone I can think of in Washington DC to investigate them for fraud. They charge you but don't provide any service.

I didn't like: No one resolves problem, Poor internet service, No follow through with customers, Issue was not resolved, Refuse to provide supervisors name and contact information.
