No TV again, been dealing with this for several years. I pay them every month, yet the TV only works part time.

Maybe it is because the main cable line is run in the ditch under water maybe it's because the cable box on the ditch bank has no cover on it, maybe it's because the new cable line from the box with no cover fed from the line in the ditch under water hasn't been buried which was supposed to be done a month ago when they told me someone would be by in 7-10 days to do it. I do not understand why the "professionals" cannot fix this.

I run an HVAC company, how long would I be in business if I "fixed" someones heat or A/C and then it did not work and I told them it would be a week before I could be there to get it going again. Maybe I should "fix" the owners of Mediacoms heat and show them what its like to pay for something you didn't get
