Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I had Mediacom back in 2015 and cancelled services with them I then switched to Directv and dropped off my boxes at my local office with their convenience drop box well here it is 2017 I get Mediacom again only to be charged for boxes on my new account from my old account and they won't do anything about it!!! Instead someone applied amnesty credits to the account and told me I had to pay for the boxes because I had no receipt showing proof!!

How would I have proof if I put them in the drop box!

Worst customer service ever!! I am so upset with this company that now I am considering getting a lawyer!!!

I didn't like: No one resolves the problem, Bad service, Mediacom, Customer service sucks.
