I have had the absolute worst internet service with mediacom compared to every other provider i've used. We have gone through 3 different modem/routers that we keep getting replaced because the modem we have is supposedly "out of date" but if its out of date then why did they issue it to us to start with??????

We have had many technicians come to our house and rewire our internet and for the first month the internet will work great but it will slowly taper off until you have no internet at all. This is the 3rd new modem that has quit working after a month of use and requires constant restarting and maintenance just for 10 minutes of internet until it quits working again.

Absolutely fed up with media com and every person i know with media com seems to have the same exact problem and i have even heard reports of media com slowly decreasing internet bandwidth over time to scam customers. Ridicuous

I didn't like: Im not be paying my bill this month if my internet is working.
