We have had Mediacom internet service for over 2 1/2 years. We have the Prime Plus service which offers which advertises 50Mbps download speeds.

Unfortunately, we rarely are at these speeds which we have had tested on multiple devices. To make it worse, we loose all internet connections multiple times a day (more than 20 times). We are always resetting modem to get a connection back.

When talking with Mediacom's Customer Service department, they provide vague response and want to run us through a 30 min system check which results in no help. I would NOT recommend Mediacom to anyone!!!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "poor customer service & quality" of mediacom prime plus and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1080. Mediacom needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
