We have had Mediacom internet service for over 2 1/2 years. We have the Prime Plus service which offers which advertises 50Mbps download speeds.

Unfortunately, we rarely are at these speeds which we have had tested on multiple devices. To make it worse, we loose all internet connections multiple times a day (more than 20 times). We are always resetting modem to get a connection back.

When talking with Mediacom's Customer Service department, they provide vague response and want to run us through a 30 min system check which results in no help. I would NOT recommend Mediacom to anyone!!!

Reason of review: Poor Customer Service & Quality.

Monetary Loss: $1080.
